Shut your stealing a** up! Brett Favre gets called out for alleged welfare fund scam after

The Colorado Buffaloes hired Hall of Fame DB Deion Sanders as their head coach in December last year. The team had a dismal 2022 season winning only one game out of 12. Sanders made a lot of changes in the team for this season and it seems to have worked tremendously. Sanders has both his sons, Shilo Sanders and Shedeur Sanders playing for him in Colorado.

In their first game of the season, Colorado and Sanders caused a massive upset by beating TCU, who played in the National Championship game last year. The game was a high-scoring thriller and a lot of current and former NFL players praised Sanders for the win. Brett Favre, the former NFL quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, was one such player.

Favre praised the Colorado team on Twitter and was impressed by Sanders coaching. Shedeur Sanders plays at the QB position for the team and is Favre’s early Heisman winner. Fans on Twitter, however, were quick to bring up Favre’s alleged involvement in the Mississippi state welfare funds.

Fans are accusing Favre of stealing money and asking the Hall of Fame QB ‘why aren’t you in jail?’ Favre is one of 47 defendants in a civil lawsuit over misspent welfare money. Here are some of the fan reactions to Favre’s tweet.

The Colorado Buffs are back!! Deion is a legit coach and mentor to his players!! Shedeur is an elite QB and my early Heisman winner!!

Favre is considered to be one of the best NFL quarterbacks of all time. He has three league MVPs to his name to go along with a Super Bowl title and 11 Pro-Bowl selections. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016. He has been dealing with the Mississippi state welfare funds case since May last year when the Mississippi Department of Human Services filed a lawsuit in May 2022 against 38 defendants, including Favre.

Deion Sanders and Colorado Buffaloes upset TCU in their opening game

Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes has been in a lot of big games throughout his NFL career. He was appointed as the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes in December last year. Yesterday was his first test as the head coach of the Buffaloes and it’s fair to say he passed that test with flying colors.

They beat the team that played in the National Championship game last year in TCU, 42-45. It was a major upset as the Buffs were one of the worst teams in college football last year, winning only 1 of their 12 games. Sanders made a lot of changes via transfers and made a complete roster overhaul. That paid off to say the least.

Sanders has two of his sons playing with him in Colorado, QB Shedeur Sanders and safety Shilo Snaders. Both had a good game, with Shedeur breaking the university record for the most passing yards in a single game. They play their next game against Nebraska on September 9.
