Shavkat Rakhmonov lobbies Dana White for sisters UFC inclusion following her latest second round

Shavkat Rakhmonov wants to see her sister in UFC as she continues to perform in local MMA promotions. Shavkat Rakhmonov has successfully established himself as a welterweight prospect. The Kazakh is undefeated and has finished every opponent he faced in UFC till now.

Rakhmonov is yet to fight a top ranked fighter but is already a fan favorite against many top contenders. Rakhmonov enjoys a great fan base in UFC and now plans to bring his sister to the promotion too.

Recently the fighter made a tweet sharing his sister, Sora Rakhmonova’s latest fight at Naiza Fighting Championship. “UFC soon @danawhite @Mickmaynard2,” wrote Rakhmonov.

Sora made her NFC debut in 2021 and is currently 4-1 in the promotion. In her last fight, Sora defeated her opponent, Valeria Karygina via a second round TKO. Sora has a very similar fighting style like his brother and likes to finish. It’s too soon to assume that the fighter will be making her UFC debut however, with proper guidance and talent, it’s not impossible.

Shavkat Rakhmonov wants Kelvin Gastelum at 170 pounds

Few days back, Kelvin Gastelum officially announced that he will be going down and is interested to fight in the welterweight division. According to Gastelum, he will get shredded and is looking forward to a title run at welterweight.

Fortunately, it seems like the fighter might not have to wait much in order to get an opponent. Shavkat Rakhmonov shared that tweet and mentioned that he is ready to greet Gastelum in the welterweight division. He wrote: “Should I be the one to welcome Kelvin back to 170? @danawhite @seanshelby.”

Rakhmonov tagged Dana White to look into the possibility of the fight and is pretty serious about it. Rakhmonov is #6 in the division and would be a good opponent for Gastelum to rise the ranks faster. On the other hand, Gastelum has only two of his last seven fights and is in a tight spot. Nevertheless, it is definitely a good match-up for both the fighters as well as the fans.
